Anime Costumes: Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain costume accessories (e.g., wigs, hosiery, undergarments) may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened or worn.
Plush/Minis: We only accept returns if the items are significantly defective or damaged during shipping.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer. 6.
