Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping: All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. Shipping fees start at $5.99 for domestic standard shipping and all other rates are calculated by our providers at checkout. International Shipping: International shipping fees start at $35.00 Shipping to Canada starts at $15.00 Please note that ALTERNATIVE TWO is not liable for any extra international duty or tariff fees incured when a package is shipped internationally. This fee is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or the recipient.
You will receive an email shipment notification as your order ships. It will include tracking information with which you can follow the delivery of the package. If you have not received this notification from us, please use the form below to lookup your order status. In rare cases, packages may be marked delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. After 36 hours, we would suggest for you to open an investigation with the delivery service.

Our products are shipped directly from our factory in China. We aim to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

  • Processing Time: We require 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process, quality check, and prepare your order for international dispatch.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 15 to 20 business days to arrive at your address.
  • Customs Delays: Please be aware that customs procedures at the destination country can sometimes cause delays. While rare, extended hold-ups may last up to 60 business days.

However, there are some exceptions. Minis and keychains usually ship fine, but larger items can be more challenging in some countries.

Please note these lists may change. We strongly recommend checking your government regulations and customs rules before purchasing to avoid having your items seized. Packages must be ordered and addressed to someone at least 18 years old. We are not responsible if your customs agency seizes your item. By placing an order, you confirm that you've checked the import rules. You are responsible for ensuring your item can be imported. For customers in U.S. territories or overseas military installations, please verify with your command center how to best receive your order. Mini Katana is not responsible if you cannot receive your order in an unauthorized area.

Return Policy

For all return and exchange requests, please visit our official Discord server. You can join us via this link.

To start a return, please submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Make sure to include your reason for the return and photos of the item in the portal. Just a heads-up that we don’t cover return shipping costs.

For refunds, returned items must arrive unused and will go through a quick inspection. Once approved, we’ll refund the item cost (shipping not included) to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If you want to exchange or replace an item, please submit your request within 30 days as well. The item must be unused. If you received something damaged, defective, or incorrect, just let us know through the portal as well.

Please note that sale items are final. They can’t be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Sale discounts also can’t be applied to past purchases.

Orders that are delayed due to customs or government policies aren’t eligible for refunds or replacements. The same applies to packages that are thrown away or destroyed because the customer refused to pay duties, taxes, or import fees.

If your package is returned to us, you’ll need to pay a resend fee and normal processing times will apply. If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll issue it after we receive and inspect the items. The refund will be minus the original shipping cost, return shipping, and any international fees we were charged—like storage, taxes, or unpaid customs.

Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, we can’t provide a refund or exchange. Please note minor defects can happen with handmade items. The warranty is voided if the product is damaged during use or if you customize it yourself.

No, sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Sale discounts are also not valid on previous purchases. If the order arrived incorrect or damaged, please send photos of the issue through our returns portal. You can access it using this link.

To cancel your order, please contact us at 244786287eriri@gmail.com BEFORE the item is processed. Keep in mind that we can’t always guarantee cancellations because of how quickly orders are processed.

If your order has already been processed, please wait for it to arrive and then follow our normal return policy. Note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
